Burst & frozen pipes
Supply lines, hose bibs, slab leaks. Shut-off, cut-out, repipe of the failed run and a pressure test before we leave.
Emergency dispatch · Houston, TX
Water on the floor does not wait for business hours. Call and a licensed plumber is dispatched to your address around the clock — with the price agreed before any work starts.
The first hour decides the bill
Water finds drywall, subfloor and insulation long before it finds a drain. The difference between a repair and a renovation is usually how fast the supply gets shut off and the line gets opened up.
That is the whole reason this line is staffed at 3 a.m. — so the answer to "should I wait until morning?" is never a voicemail.
What we get called out for
Supply lines, hose bibs, slab leaks. Shut-off, cut-out, repipe of the failed run and a pressure test before we leave.
No hot water, leaking tank, pilot that will not hold. Repair when it is worth it, replacement when it is not.
Kitchen, bath, laundry. Cabled or hydro-jetted depending on what the camera finds in the line.
Waste coming up a floor drain or tub is a main-line problem. Camera inspection, clear the blockage, show you the footage.
Water bill climbing with nothing visible. Acoustic and pressure testing to find it without opening every wall.
If it holds water or drains water, it is ours. Describe it on the phone and we will tell you straight whether it is an emergency.
(713) 555-0100How the call goes
A plumber — not an answering service — asks what you are seeing and tells you what to shut off right now.
You get the technician's name and an arrival window. Target is 60 minutes inside the service area.
Diagnosis on site, a fixed number before a single tool comes out, and the invoice matches the number.
What it costs
Emergency plumbing is priced per job, not per hour, so the number you hear on site is the number on the invoice. Final figures below are supplied by the operator and must be confirmed before this page goes live.
Card, tap-to-pay and check accepted on site.
Where the trucks run
Dispatch is centred on Houston with a working radius of 25 miles. Outside it we will still answer the phone and tell you honestly whether we can get there in time or whether you need someone closer.
Hours: Mon-Fri 8 a.m.-6 p.m. — emergency line answered 24/7.
Before you call
An after-hours diagnostic call-out is $149. That covers travel and on-site diagnosis. Repair work is quoted separately and agreed before it starts.
Yes. The emergency line is staffed 24/7, including weekends and public holidays. Nights and holidays are when most burst pipes get found.
Card and tap-to-pay are accepted on site, as is a check. Payment is taken after the work is done and you have seen it.
That is the first thing we do on the call — locate your shut-off valve, kill the supply, and keep water away from electrics. It costs nothing and it saves the most.
Work is performed under Texas Master Plumber licence M-00000 (demo), and liability cover is $1M general liability (demo). Ask for both on site — any plumber who will not show you is the wrong plumber.
Not standing in water?
For anything that is not actively flooding. We answer callbacks in order received. If it is urgent, call (713) 555-0100 instead — the phone always beats the form.
